Warm weather is officially here! …well, a few days have been pretty nice. But, those few days have sent me into a spring and summer frenzy. Nothing is better on a warm day than this Two-Minutes Lemonade Julius. It’s a foolproof summertime drink that pairs perfectly with kicking your feet up on the porch or poolside.
Tangy and sweet, this recipe will have you dreaming of summer days. Even better, it’s not difficult at all! It’s made in the blender, it only takes a couple minutes and you can change the sweetness level to your preference. With only a handful of ingredients, you can make a rich and tangy refreshment that is sure to top the list of sweet, summer treats.
Two-minute Lemonade Julius
- 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 5-8 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups ice
- whipped cream
- lemon zest
Combine frozen lemonade concentrate, milk and ice in blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk into the blender and blend. The more you add, the sweeter your drinks will be.
Pour your drink mix into glasses and garnish with whipped cream and fresh lemon zest and enjoy!
If you somehow don’t finish these drinks (you have more self-control than I do), pour the remaining mixture into the freezer and have a sorbet-like delight later on!
